My grandson Blake Chapson is the Manager (I just manage the manager, lol) and Evelyn Turner is our Assistant Manager.
We also hire outside maintanence help as necessary.
We don't often have vacant apartments, but we do have a few, at the moment. We have 2 one bedroom apartments and 1 two
bedroom apartment available.

The complex is comprised of six residential buildings and a building that houses the office, laundry facilities, and
a maintenance room. There are 52 apartment units. We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 2 bedroom 2 bath units. Large lawn areas,
sparkling pool, and two patio areas, one with two barbecues, and we supply the propane. The patio's join the pool area, and
have covered tables and seating areas.
It's a quiet, park like atmosphere, and we are strict about our rules. Most of our residents are middle age to senior.
Although we do have a few children we do not have a playground for them to play, and they must be with a parent
or guardian while on the premises, at all times. There is a very nice large park close by, with activities for all ages.
Most of our residents have been with us for many years. They are friends and look out for each other. This adds to the
security of the complex.
